TigaLima Home Stay is a place where you can stay as it is your own home. Our purpose is to make people feel like home even though they are far away from their home. Whether you are studying/working for a long term or short term or just visiting Jogja for couple of days, it won’t be a matter. Or maybe you are looking for a house for rent (we call it ‘kontrakan’) but hard to find a housemate to ease your rent fee. Then it is the right place for you, because we provide the whole house with the rate of each room and you don’t need to work hard looking for a housemate. And maybe you need to rent the entire house for you and your relatives, that will do. TigaLima also often called as kost / indekos in Indonesian, only we equipped our place with fine interior and exterior.

TigaLima Home Stay is located in the city center of Jogja, more spesifically in the north side of Jogja, where is the center of education and activities. Near to the universities -such as UGM, Sanata Dharma, Atma Jaya, UNY, UII-, language courses, gym, swimming pools, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shopping malls and any other public places, all in walking distance. Safe, quite and homy neighbourhood with an artistic tropical house design. Our family will warmly welcome you to have a stay in our homestay. Our address is Jl. Affandi (previously Jl. Gejayan), Kepuh GK III/946 Yogyakarta 55222 Indonesia, or feel free to contact us at 062-812-262626-35/062-274-7475891, email: tigalimahomestay@gmail.com

We also provide the rooms pictures, please refer to Room Rates menu.

Hi Margie.. ini kamar-kamar yg dulu ato di bangunan baru ya?

Well, i was working with the Spanish Red Cross and spending my last month in Jogja in this house. Believe me, it’s a nice place with a veru kind-hearted family. All together make you feel very welcomed and therefore make you hard to go away without good memories…

The location itself is near the gym, swimming pool, cafes to chill out, billiard, varieties of resto, grocerries store – all in a walking distance.

Anyway, this homestay is well recommended.
May you enjoy this place like what i had before…

During our studies at UGM we have stayed 5 months in this house and we would strongly recommend it! We had every thing we wished for; a warm shower, comfortable bedrooms, a big kitchen, cleaning service, laundry possibilities and a nice patio. Furthermore, it was really convenient to have access to the wireless internet.
The house is perfectly located in the northern/student part of the city, 10 minutes distance from the Gadjah Mada University and with two big shopping malls close by. There are good sport/swimming facilities at walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby.
The guest family is very welcoming and open-minded without interfering in your privacy as might be the case in other home stays. Moreover, they are very friendly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. As you understand, this place offers a perfect basis for an enjoyable stay in Yogya.

    Thanks Sela and Margi!!

    Margie,
Thanks for the accomodation during my field work period in Indonesia. It was such a beautiful moment when Bunda (even only in the beginning), my sister and I can stay for the full 1 month in Tigalima, your house.

The strategic location, in central city, made us easily can reach all we need. The good transportation access and facility helped us a lot when we want to go anywhere. Especially for my case, in the field work period when I have to reach many different location, your place is a very recommended place in terms good accessibility and easy to get back with some specific landmarks (Elok supermarket, Axon, Avon)

It was more like holiday instead of field work for me then… huahaha…. Thanks for your kindness and your family warmth when we’re there.
For sure, I will visit you again when I come to YK!
    Regards for Papa and Mama!!!

PS: Bunda says thanks for the plant!

    Zie je in NL!

    Hey Sela and Margie!

Good to see you have made a website. Have had a fantastic time at your place. I loved the house and the location, but most of all you and your family. Great memories of the our funny chats about the Dutch and Indonesian culture and trips to cinema, bintang and via via.

Hope to come back some time, and that there will be a room left to stay :)

Thanks for everything you helped us with and making us feel so welcome!

    Halo,

    Terimakasih sebelumnya,
    Tlg bls ya :)
