1. For daily/monthly/annually rent maximum homestay guests in one room are two persons. With only one queen sized bed.
2. For monthly/annually rent, relative of homestay guest who wish to stay in his/her room is limited only for 1 DAY per monthly payment. More than that will be charged 50% of the daily room rate per day.
3. Rent for each month will be due on the date that the homestay guest arrived. Extension of the next rent has to be advised earlier with down payment paid in advance unless room will be considered open for other reservation.
4. If homestay guest is staying extra days at the end of the stay (not a full month), the daily rate will be calculated for the payment.
5. For length of stay less than two weeks will be charged by daily room rate.
6. For length of stay two to three weeks will be charged by monthly rate.
7. Prices are excluded laundry, but we provide laundry service with kilogram of weight charge.
8. Strongly prohibited to bring any illegal things into the homestay.
9. Homestay guests are encouraged to tolerate other guests, observe nighttime peace and quite, maintain room cleanliness and health, fair use of house facilities (electricity, water, internet, furnitures, kitchen utensils).
10. Homestay guests are to keep their own valuable things safe. We are not responsible for any loss or damage not caused by our staff.
11. Homestay guest is required to show passport / ID card on arrival and submit the copies.
12. Only married couple are allowed to stay in the same room, excuse is limited only to expatriate with strict permission.
13. Our staff has the right to dislodge any homestay guest who does not observe the rules without any refund.
